Appointment policy

At our clinic, we prioritize managing our time and our patients' time well. We have a long waiting list, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our appointment policies.
Cancellation by the patient
- 01An appointment canceled 48 hours or less in advance (but more than 24 hours), counted up to the appointment time: no penalty.
- 02An appointment canceled 24 hours or less in advance: the full appointment fee is charged.
- 03The patient may not rebook until the previous charge is paid; it is non-refundable.
Automatic cancellation of appointments or treatment plan
The full appointment fee is charged, with no refund, when the patient:
- Does not confirm the appointment (the 24-hours-or-less terms apply).
- Arrives 10 minutes late or more.
- Has not paid the deposit in advance, when required.
- Has canceled a maximum of three appointments.
- Does not follow the doctor's recommendations on herbal medicine, continuity of visits, nutrition and other treatments essential to their improvement.
