It sets out the rules for using this site, requesting an appointment and leaving us a message.

Who is behind it: This site belongs to Yerbal Health, Dr. Karen Rosario's Traditional Chinese and Integrative Medicine clinic in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, operated by [legal name of the clinic, pending]. By using it you accept these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, call us and we will arrange things by phone.
Requesting an appointment: When you pick a time on the site you send us a request: we hold that time provisionally, but the appointment is not confirmed until the office calls you. If we cannot reach you, the time may be released. Once confirmed, the appointment policy published by the clinic applies, including its rules on cancellations, lateness and deposits. Messages and the voice assistant: The contact form and the voice assistant are for arranging appointments and answering general questions. Do not use them for urgent matters or to send medical details: the doctor discusses those with you in private. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Not medical advice: What we publish here is educational information about Traditional Chinese Medicine and about the clinic. It does not replace a consultation, a diagnosis or treatment, and reading it or requesting an appointment does not create a patient-practitioner relationship. That relationship begins at the consultation.
No guarantee of results: Everyone responds differently. The testimonials and information on this site describe experiences and traditional uses; they do not promise or guarantee a result in your case.
Minors: If the appointment is for someone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must arrange it, and that person accompanies the minor to the consultation. The site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly ask them for information.
Using the site: We ask you to use the site in good faith: with your real information, without holding times you will not use, without interfering with how it works and without copying its content by automated means. We may limit access for anyone who uses it otherwise.
Content and trademarks: The texts, photos, videos, logo and the Yerbal Health name belong to the clinic or to those who licensed them to it. You may share links to the site, but not reproduce its content without permission. The testimonials summarize the clinic's public posts and include no patient names.
Links to other sites: We link to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps, among others. Each has its own terms and privacy policy; we do not control what they do with your information.
Your privacy: What we collect when you fill out a form or talk to the assistant, and what we use it for, is explained in the privacy policy. Read the privacy policy
Changes: We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the bottom of this page shows the current version; if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and any dispute about them is resolved in its courts, without prejudice to the rights consumer protection laws grant you.
