Disclosures

Here we gather in one place what you should know about the testimonials, the doctor's credentials, the scope of the information on this site and the voice assistant.

Testimonials
Why they are summaries

Between 2022 and 2026 the clinic shared posts with patient results in its Instagram story highlights. On this site we do not quote them word for word: each card summarizes one post, carries the label “Summary”, shows the date the clinic published it and includes no names, photos or details that identify anyone. If you are a patient and would rather a case not appear, write to us and we will take it down.

Results vary

Everyone responds differently to acupuncture, herbal medicine and the other treatments. A testimonial describes what the clinic published about one person at one point in time; it does not predict or guarantee what will happen in your case. The doctor assesses your situation at the consultation and explains what you can expect.

Licenses and credentials

Dr. Karen Rosario is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM), an Acupuncture Physician (AP), holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.). She is licensed in Texas and in Florida. License numbers will appear here once the clinic confirms them:

  • Florida, Acupuncture Physician (AP): license number [pending].
  • Texas, Licensed Acupuncturist (AC): license number [pending].
Not medical advice

The information on this site, including the services, conditions and testimonials, is educational. It describes the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the clinic's experience; it is not a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan for you. Consult Dr. Rosario or your health professional before starting, changing or stopping any treatment, and do not delay medical care because of something you read here.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

AI voice assistant

The site's voice assistant, once active, is an artificial intelligence program, not a person. The conversation is recorded to take your message and improve the service. Before the microphone opens we tell you so and ask for your consent, and the assistant repeats it when it greets you, as Puerto Rico law requires. It answers general questions and takes messages; it does not give medical advice or confirm appointments; the office does that by phone.
